      Pros

      Weekly Pay Job Choice More than minimum wage Jobs for experienced and inexperienced both Clients often overhire and as such laborers can rest more between work.

      Cons

      Paid two weeks after a job not in the same week of said job. Lack of work for inexperienced/non-skilled workers (About 3 to 4 jobs a month when you first start it seems) Experience required jobs hinder skilled employee's from gaining said jobs. A cycle of 1-3 years experience minimum stopping skilled workers from gaining said 1-3 years of required experience.

      Super company to work for. My 14 years were unforgettable. I've never worked in a company with such strong values.

      Cons

      Try to find them :-)! For me none. It's been an exceptional experience. Thanks Adecco for those years!! Everybody needs to try it, if you have the chance.

      Depends on the Specific Company You're Hired For

      Pros

      Easy enough to register with them, I've had good pay every time I've worked via them (for someone under 25 anyway) but I imagine that just depends on the company who's hiring them. Both of the places I've worked at have also offered opportunities for permanent positions, albeit one only in theory (though this contract did get extended several times).

      Cons

      Most of the downsides have been issues within specific companies but I've never had any personal problems with Adecco, although I've heard anecdotes about delays with pay etc from people I was working with at a factory which sadly give me the impression that people doing admin jobs are treated with more respect than people in factory jobs as when I had pay issues in my admin job they were resolved immediately.
