Pros

Company truly cares about its team and inspiring you to grow. They train extensively to bring you up to speed, being a recruiter consists of interviewing, submitting candidates and making sure you meet all contract requirements.

Cons

Turnover sometimes due to changes within management, salary is on the low side, retention would definitely change if compensation was up to par with the competition.

Pros

Solid company. I had never heard about Adecco until I had someone reach out to me via LinkedIn about a recruiter position. Interview process wasn't too intense, just covered my recruiting background. Any time I needed answers on something, I always received an answer in a reasonable amount of time. Occasionally I have to reach out to the HR hub to get clarity on issues but everyone is a true professional.

Cons

Only downside of working with Adecco is the pay could be higher. Or it would be nice if they provided additional incentives.
