Pros
I don't see any pros, just a basic salary and trying every way to take a penny from employee.
Cons
Low pay, only basic salary, No benefits, Employees does not feel like they actually belong to the Adecco and are treated as some number in their list. Like worker number #23. It feels the company is is not there to help the people to grow but otherway around.
