Pros

tech is better than companies who are worth 50x this company.

Cons

CEO has his family working there and is threatened by anyone smarter than him. No growth possible with this guy.

Pros

Strong product (with typical SaaS-related issues) Generally excellent leadership Great benefits Unlimited time off Engaging QBRs/SKOs held in exciting locations like Boston, Chicago, Florida, and New York City

Cons

The CEO has been singling out employees and directing frustrations at them for problems they did not cause or have any responsibility for. Despite his stated goal of creating an enjoyable work environment, the atmosphere quickly became toxic after he joined in November 2024. It's unfortunate that PSG brought him on board, as the overall morale of the company has significantly declined.

1. very Humane approachable people who are empathetic to the employee. 2. Great project to work on. 3. Free lunch and snacks 4. Monthly parties. 5. Free drop back home if you are late. 6. Honest and ethical management.

Cons

1. Salary a bit too low compared to the industry trend. 2. No onsite opportunities.
