Pros

Decent location, pretty good technology, company volunteer activity

Cons

Unstructured, most people were unfriendly and didn’t communicate at all, management was very “clicky,” if you’re not in, you’re not in, woefully inadequate training

High Turnover Outfit with Poor Employee Investment

Pros

-Open door policy with most C-level staff and VPs -Minimal micro-management with ability to occasionally work from home -Relaxed office environment and dress code -Year end bonuses based on personal merit and company financial performance -CEO seems to be aware of existing issues and has a desire to correct them, (CON)but has to answer to the revolving door of investment firms constantly buying and selling the company and who only care about generating new revenue and market share.

Cons

-Low pay -Product updates are often released with minimal to no quality assurance -Lack of development staff to handle bugs and new feature development -Lack of support, resources, or knowledge of the existing product due to thin resources, high turnover, and poor knowledge transfer -"Every person for themself" type mentality with poor communication between departments or even within the same teams -Very little investment in employees -Inadequate, and sometimes no, training or on-boarding for new hires -Extremely high turnover at all levels -Products are overly customized for clients, frequently with poorly designed and commented code that often breaks when applying updates and is very difficult to maintain -Foundation of software is based on antiquated code from the 90s that the company puts little effort into updating

Pros

Work from home. 3 weeks combine annual leave.

Cons

SUPER micro-management; no job security, turnover at amazing pace in all jobs at all levels, gossip the norm a "thanks" unusual. Trickle down blame and one of the lowest pay-scales in the industry for a high level of experience. Acquisitions have left the company in chaos with customers screaming from the rafters, with the management team not very concerned or caring. Looking to get out.
