Some talented individuals across departments who genuinely want to improve it. Remote work is a nice perk, though it hardly makes up for the dysfunction.

Cons

The real nightmare at Aderant is in IT business systems. The manager rules with a vicious blend of micromanagement and public humifaction as a "motivational tool". She belittles the team members in meetings, sets impossible deadlines without support, and plays favorites, sidelining anyone outside her clique while stealing credit for their work. Any pushback invites thinly veiled threats to your job. HR seems aware but unwilling to intervene in any meaningful way.
