Business Outlook
Pros
Focused on developing their employees through certifications and formal courses. Implemented a number of external learning platforms such as Plural sight, LinkedIn learning and an internal learning platform. Has an employee friendly office environment. Amazing team culture with great managers who really cares. One of my favourite parts - The company focuses on giving back to the community through various initiatives that employees can get involved in through the year.
Cons
Some red-tape issues from time-to-time but this can be expected for such a large organisation. We have a lot of polices we need to comply with that is needed but can slow the process down some.
