1. The India office feels like a service centre for their European product team; policies differ vastly between locations. 2. Managers often damage mental health by giving blunt feedback since they hold power. 3. HR,IT, Developers & product managers largely act as puppets of the India leadership team. 4. Public humiliation is common while pacification happens rarely - mocking "respect" policies. 5. The toxic culture is responsible for frequent attrition, with some employees even absconding as an easy way out.
