Pros

ABG practices the best practices and adhere to their values under all circumstances. Intelligent and vision inspired management. Able to learn and grow under the guidance of senior management. Employees were kept happy with good incentives, increments, bonuses, medical benefits etc. etc. etc.

Cons

Suddenly told to leave without any compensation !

Wonderful infrastructure, Timely bonus awards, employee talent recognition, Great value to customer and satisfaction of the customer, Considerate and professional team leaders

Cons

Career growth is not exponential, Erratic shift changes without consideration of employees opinion. Except for this I dont have anything much to say. I enjoyed the work and learned a lot in the company.
