Pros

starting pay is pretty good for the area at $10 an hour and within a couple years I was at $13. I liked most of the co-workers there

Cons

Management isn't great. Took away the ability to listen to music while working. Working in packaging and as an esc can be overwhelming, primarily in packaging. Some days you wouldn't have enough time to get everything done
