Pros

Easy to communicate with upper management and HR. Willing to promote or transfer internally first. Opportunity to gain various skills. Depending on the site, there are perks.

Cons

No career growth. Pay is low. Overall benefits package isn't great. Discrimination has happened; raises were given based on race or seniority. The integrity of upper management is questionable. High turnover at sites is noticeable. Got a better job so I'm able to compare.

Really enjoyed my time working for ARO, the people were awesome, the management was great and the work was fun. Only left to pursue further education.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't had one incident I'm not happy about. My manager is great. Quick to respond & always there when I need her.
