Pros

ARO provides the tools and training needed to be successful. They encourage growth within the Company. With the continued growth of of this organization there's now time better then now to become part of this team. Another great thing about this company is that it cares for it employees and it's evident by the benefits and programs the employees have access to.

Everything with this company is headed in a positive direction if your someone that enjoys this field.

Pros

I been with ARO for about four years now. I started out as a Customer Service Rep, Since then I been promoted to Account Manager. ARO is an innovative company, Its great resources provides employees with extent knowledge. ARO is very team driven, It gives the employees a platform to share ideas. I'm excited for the future!

I have no complaints at all working with this company.

Pros

I started working with ARO in 2011 as a temp. I'm now a full time SST on my way to hopefully becoming Manager soon. The upscale for this company is great. I've seen a lot of people work their way up the ladder. This company appreciates your work and contribution. I've never worked for a company who cared about your progress as much as ARO does. Everybody is friendly and comfortable with their peers and managers. Best job I've had so far.

Cons

None really. Pretty satisfied with them.
