ARO is a Great Organization to work for

Pros

ARO is a wonderful organization to be a part of. I feel as though I am working with a very talented team and that I am appreciated. ARO recognizes that contract workers will know their sites well and all willing to provide coaching and training as needed but not try to micro-manage. Their health and dental benefits are very good. I love the fact that they offer charity leave days. I have gotten to participate in several Relay for Life fundraisers, as well as Angel Tree Christmas Events, because of the ARO Charilty Leave plan. This plan shows that ARO cares about people!

Cons

Wish the main office was closer. To advance career, I would need to relocate.

Pros

This organization will enable you to be successful. Management at every level is vested in making sure the employees are engaged and trained so that client needs are met and the clients remain happy. This organization also provides an option for paid charity leave to enable employees to give back to their communities. This unique benefit really sets ARO apart from other providers in this space and demonstrates the culture of respect ARO lives by. This company is thriving and growing!

Cons

None from me, but some may find the health care coverage costs high. ARO, like most US based businesses, does face the difficult task of offering the right mix of affordable health care and other benefit options for their employees. To combat the absurd health insurance premiums, ARO offers a wide variety of health plans to choose from.

Pros

I have been an Account Manager for over 13 years and can always rely on Senior Management and HR for support. I have had very little turnover of my staff and the hand off approach from Corporate has made customizing our relationship with our client a success
