Some stagnant products Change management issues through new acquisitions Huge emphasis on working in the office (nothing threatening, but definitely pushed) Hard to get bigger raises Promotions are pushed off Many employees are skirting by Remote work doesn't really mean remote outside of your residence for more than a short bit of time
