      Great people, very generous vacation and time off uncluding sabbaticals every 5 years

      Cons

      Harsh layoffs happen regularly, often feel real decisions are made in CA, not much job growth opportunities in Seattle

      Pros

      For a large software company, this is a great place to work. The benefits package is pretty good and their stock options are great. Work life balance is not that great as you may end up working a lot of late nights and weekend.

      Cons

      The only way to get promoted is if someone leaves a position. The base salaries are not really competitive.
