I love my job in general. It’s easy going, laid back, and literally private. Private duty is the best option for me because I love being on my own, and this is a very independent task. Good pay, good scheduling all around. It works for me! The supervisors work with you and also communicate to get your work needs met!

Cons

Every job has their ups and downs, the only downside is the family dynamic because you never know what the family will be like, but that’s personal.

Flexible schedule was nice. Really helps when kids are small for sure.

Cons

Management only sees one side of things- their side. They would rather let seasoned reps walk out the door instead of try to keep them. Management out of the loop in what happens on the ground. Kinda hard when managers are in different states… manager doesn’t even know the geography of state. Doesn’t make sense to me? #keyboardwarriors
