Pros

Payment is always on time twice a month through direct deposit - We can manage everything through the Employee portal - no HR interference needed - Health insurance is excellent They have all the benefits that a Fortune 500 company has - FSA, HSA, 401K - Relocation benefits, - Immigration process is very good - Excellent Fortune 500 clients

Cons

Some very junior and immature people who need a lot of hand holding may not be happy here. But most people they hire are real professionals -

Pros

I had only 15 months left on my H1 visa - It was great that I was referred to Adroit, I got my 140 done and I have started working at the end client now at a principal engineer level at Adroit's client - They helped me all the way through, with the visa situation and even with the transition into their own client

Cons

They always paid me on time - all the visa and green card processing was done on time - I have nothing but positive things to say
