      Everyone is very smart and always willing to help and teach you

      Cons

      The products are so complex that even with 1 year, it's still pretty hard to say that you're 100% knowledgable about everything. But I don't think this is a bad thing.

      you can improve your tech knowledge a lot flexibility to try new frameworks if it fits to the production solution quarterly bonuses every first Friday o the month is free
