      + performance oriented culture + senior development teams + you can create immediate impact + room to explore, suggest and build stuff

      Cons

      Not so important in covid times, but the office is in the crowded northern part of the city. Fancy building, though.

      It's a good place where you can grow up your soft and hard skills, with experienced colleagues. Salaries are greater the average and you have quarterly bonus. Also benefits like wfh and top technologies.

      Cons

      The automation mentality it's still in a starting phase, you still need to test manually a lot and you need to organise yourself to automate the new features.
