      Folks are friendly but the remote product, legal and finance team are impossible to reach.

      Cons

      Not the most organized organization and you do not really feel the support of the mothership (SXM).

      Pros

      Horizontal organization where everyone has a say and is listened to. HT cares sincerely for the wellbeing of employees and there are lots of benefits like gym subscription and comprehensive health care.

      Cons

      With the arrival of management from abroad, there's a much higher burden for innovating quickly and taking new ideas to market.
