Pros

Above average pay. Most co-workers are good hearted and caring.

Cons

Plenty of overtime that takes time away from your family and personal life. No communication from a horrible HR staff. Management policies changes often, no clear direction of the future. Infrastructure is so outdated with no preventive maintenance which leads to equipment failure.

Worse company I’ve ever worked for. CEO fake cries in front of employees and doesn’t care to listen to employee concerns, they claim they support DEI but find ways to fire them, very high turnover, very toxic culture, unfriendly, some executives are dishonest, leaders do not know how to lead, executives allows employees to behave badly. List goes on.
