If they like you you can move up pretty easily to a point. Pay is good for mid senior level if you come off the street.

Cons

When you get promoted from within they nickel and dime you because they know what you make already and know which carrot to dangle.

The goal is zero, and boy they live by that, zero accountability, vision, strategy. Hot air is all you find.

A history of having some self-awareness as a basic manufacturer, at one point even emphasized doing basics better. There might be 5% of the people who actually know what they are doing and trying to patch up a sinking ship and all the freeloaders hitching a ride.

Cons

In the last few years, it gives off a sense of a place that has lost its collective mind! There is no meritocracy to be found, only politics and optics. The people who "do well" are favored by the CEO and so-called senior leaders for what they say, not what they actually achieve.
