Business Outlook
Pros
Good hourly pay rate. A lot of good people to work with and learn from. The more you learn the easier the job will become for you. A lot of opportunities for overtime if you like to work it.
Cons
Very poor benefits(high deductible health insurance, no personal time, sick time need to be out 8 days or more to receive 1/2 pay. Very little vacation time. Very little 401k match with 5 years vested.) A lot of turn around from top to bottom so management is not very knowledgeable. You will be in charge of a lot of equipment with little support. Work around very dangerous chemicals so you will almost always be required to wear elevated levels of PPE to do work even if it's hot outside.
