A true team environment. Safety is the number one priority. Leadership strives to keep innovation at the forefront. A mid-size company working with large company skills and mindsets. Employee contributions are valued and recognized.

Cons

Sometimes the work load is heavy. Challenges based on union agreements. Office space is very outdated and temperature control is non existent in the Chesterfield plant.
