thoughtful leadership team that is creating a growth strategy to move the business forward. They understand how much work people have put in to get the company set up for success.

Cons

year 1 was a busy year, a lot of new systems had to be implemented to make sure we had a strong foundation which meant long hours and hard work.

Above average pay. Most co-workers are good hearted and caring.

Cons

Plenty of overtime that takes time away from your family and personal life. No communication from a horrible HR staff. Management policies changes often, no clear direction of the future. Infrastructure is so outdated with no preventive maintenance which leads to equipment failure.
