The pay is nice, you can do your own taxes before you go get them done on TurboTax for cheaper and less of a hassle

Cons

The people you have to deal with, a lot of laws and rules you have to remember , and management is terrible, also training is over 8 weeks long.

The office I ended up at was a 4 hour drive from home and my manager was a mean old envious hag that decided to target me because she was ugly and I wasn’t .
