      Ability to work from home on slight occasions if needed (enhances work-life balance), cool company atmosphere (random ice cream truck/food truck days with free food), and nice hardworking coworkers who generally care about the betterment of the team.

      Cons

      Benefits are absolutely horrible. No 401K match and insurance prices through the roof. Low bonus plan structures.
