      Honestly, interacting with my customers was a kick! I made awesome "friends" while working for Advance America, and was sad to lose them once I left the company.

      Cons

      There was no true room for advancement/pay promotions.

      It is a great working environment Base pay is decent Get your own personal space Management makes you feel important

      Cons

      There is not much room to move up in the company They tell you that there is a monthly bonus (after hitting all goals the bonus was $18.70)
