Company does not care about its employees

Pros

Good hours for retail work DDO and RDO are nice Most everyone that I work with day to day are very nice

Cons

The company does not care about its employees. Will do everything it can to not pay out bonuses that are earned. Upper Management at CSS will change the rules to the Bonus Program when it's deemed that your bonus is too high.

It have some good moments

Pros

It has some good people tocwork with and you can meet some very nice customers.

Cons

The pay not great and sometimes when one center do something wrong everyone suffers.

Easy to get into if you're entry level or like something pretty simple to deal with

Cons

It's pretty much sales, always trying to bring new people in, the absolute worse in getting the people stuck out of the cycle
