Great place to work if you want to start off slow in the financial world. It's a bit slower than a normal bank teller but it does have its perks!

Cons

When it's slow, it's slow! Team becomes relentless after making those collection calls. The safety of bank runs are something I'm against. I feel that there are more other ways to secure money.

Great pay and benefits, if you're a people person you'll do great! Great way to build confidence in building up your store.

Cons

Long hours, no guaranteed time off even if requested in given time frame, lack of training, lack of professionalism among subordinates, lack of training for employees new to the field.
