all employees become a family. My areas on Wisconsin became a very close family.

Cons

Do not get get credit when credit was due! Do not get promoted into an open position that you are overly qualified for. Also, employees who don't follow policies should be held accountable for their wrong doing.

-Friendly management -Set schedules -Very small office, allowing your to actually know all customers

Cons

-Passive on issues -DDO would not listen to multiple complaints from multiple employees -2 employees in office, was not very flexible
