Pros

Sick days, always room for growth, bonus (if you do not live in a bad debt area which is impossible where I am), floating holidays, points, rewards, great benefits.

Cons

Always short staffed, can not take paid time off, cheap on equipment, have to buy toilet paper on a site for $8 when I can get the same for $4, GO PAPERLESS in all areas already, hire DDOs that have no loan experience, need to promote with in or with experience, pay is not worth the stress as a manager in a store holding checks of 200 or more,

Pros

Paid vacations, flexibility in schedule making. The work is easily understandable with applied training. Small office with opportunity to work at other stores if coverage is needed. Decent benefits package offered.

Cons

Late days with hours running 9-6:30 and 8-730 on Fridays. Potentially high risk of robbery. Not enough insentives to motivate employees to sell as much extra product( beyond payday loans) as management wants.
