Pros

The tasks or the job are easy. The hours of the store are consistent. The varied duties make the day go faster.

Cons

Though the job is easy, management makes it high stress for minimum pay. The managers definitely show favoritism, and the environment resembles that of high school. THere are not enough employees to cover shifts if someone is sick, therefore the employees not in the "click" have to pcik up the slack.
