None other than the fact that I got paid

Cons

Felt morally bankrupt after I left the company. Getting people in a loan cycle that they can't get out of in giving loans to people who are not mentally capable of making the decisions

Pros

Meeting new people. Nothing good about the company itself.

Cons

Poor pay. Safety is not regarded. (No glass between the customers and the employees.) Field calls are completed alone. Lack of respect from upper management. Terrible hours. Full-time is considered 32 hours. Gossip. Upper management does not follow confidentiality rules. Rumors are constantly swirling. No recognition where it is due. No help. (Common response when asking a question is "read policy IQ" or "call help desk." Neither of which help in most situations. Customers are not treated equally. There are a million more.
