      It's all about making your manager look good. Management has a sense of entitlement.

      Pros

      The clients are the best part of the job. They appreciate the service you offer and they ask for you when you are off.

      Cons

      Management is only looking out for themselves. Work 11 hrs every Friday and get one Saturday off a month. They will hire someone from outside the company rather than promoting from within and you are expected to squeeze 6 pages of collections calls into a workday filled with client services and file management. Often time, you are by yourself.

      I like working for Advance America very much. Great upper management and good benefits.

      The con's are the collection and trying to get customers to pay off their loans
