      Decent hours, paid holidays and floating holidays; lots of training. Opportunity to bonus. My leader is wise and patient. Very supportive

      Ancillary products are not very competitive. I am a salesman I can make us more money if our prices were at least the same as our competitors. Room for advancement but have to move

      Work hours are great most days.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. You will see the worst of society in your store, upper management is terrible, and I feel so sorry for you if you're a small store with only two people and you don't get along...
