      The vacation is good. They pay ok.

      Cons

      This company does not care about you as a person. They will make you work when there is a bad storm going on, make you sit in a office with no lights in the heat. They don't match 401k, insurance

      Pros

      If you are willing to relocate and enjoy being a leader, you will have opportunities. The Company truly cares about it customers in the field; but at the corporate office, they are not in sync with the Field despite a Vision to be so.

      Cons

      Leadership. Proven, effective, leaders are being fired, furloughed, or laid off in favor of less experienced, lower paid leaders recently promoted. Meanwhile, leaders that intimidate their team with no knowledge of how to lead leaders continue to keep their jobs or worse- get promoted.
