Pros

Great entry level job that comes with consistent scheduling, reasonable pay with a bonus program, and reasonable training for the job. Management does not live by the 7 deadly words “that’s the way we’ve always done it”

Cons

Base pay is that of an entry level job regardless of time served. Bonus Program might as well not exist, it’s entirely dependent on store location and store size. There is no room for advancement. Management will push you to fail using global business strategy on the local level. The business itself is cold. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should sell some products.

The customers are amazing and you meet new people. Learn new things.

Cons

DDO makes up stories to satisfy their needs, RDO doesn't listen to your side, your dependability does not matter if they do not like you. They play games, tell you no raise available, but offer lower positions more money than management. Expect too much for not enough pay or respect.
