      I enjoyed working as a Customer Service Representative at a branch in Southern California

      Pros

      I enjoyed helping people in need I had a very good branch manager I enjoyed doing outside marketing around the neighborhood. It gave me a chance to exercise (walking) & get fresh air outside the office while still working. It was a nice environment to work in. I enjoyed working with my co-workers.

      Cons

      I don't really have any. I just wish I didn't resign after I moved & instead inquired if I could've been moved to a location near me.

      Over worked and under paid as well as under staffed. Keep adding new products and no extra pay or extra employees to help with the work load.

      Good Environment, Friendly People, Easy to make friends, Moderate growth potential.

      Cons

      Inability to correct pay scale when its off. New hires can start well over Senior people if the market is currently higher and they all but refuse to correct the issue. Make sure your price is good from the start. Horrible Insurance.
