Cons

Health Insurance is not very competitive. Promotions are very limited (almost non!)

Pros

The data science team has a lot of fun and challenging projects. The team members are competent, hard working, and friendly. Management strongly supports ongoing learning. Employees are treated like competent adults, and I have yet to see any micromanagement.

Cons

Some of the processes are still getting ironed out due to the team being relatively new. Those have only been minor annoyances, though.
