Learn new things about vehicles

Inventory specialist is it's own thing had lots to do but I was always called away to help the customers. I'm here for the inventory . So I basically was a counter employee w an inventory specialist title same pay as the rest of the people

The sales goal sucks

Benefits and being able to help people get them the right parts.

Cons

As a manager, I'd prefer to help the team members reach their sales goal and maintain the store stock and inventory. Hated that corporate made sales goal on the ASM when our jobs were to pick up the slack of the SM and fix problems.
