Pros

Management and employees work side by side together to achieve customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Willing to travel to sister stores when needed in a pinch. Getting to know regular customers and their needs

Cons

Not enough employees, cause work overload at times. computers are outdated showing appreciation or exemplifies the hard work some employees have or are doing is at a critical decline.
