senior leadership is terrible

Pros

Nice bathrooms and break areas even though the team member write on the walls like children. Recently remodeled offices and break areas that was neglected for decades. New forklifts.

Cons

Senior management is terrible. Safety manager is clueless, short, and never there. General manager was brought into Gastonia after his DC was shut down. He couldn't handle the position, so they moved him to HR manager. Make that make sense... He is now terrible at being a HR manager.
