Pros

The best part is the people you work with in the store. The company was decent to work for when I started three years ago... since then this company is not worth a dime.

Cons

People who make the rules have no idea what is going on in the actual stores and yet are trying to run the place. Schedule and everything is preprogrammed. The General Manager position is pointless everything is laid out by the people in the office. Pre set schedule, no felxiblity, no overtime, and no pay raises even though they require you to do more. The company is chasing pennies instead of dollars. At the rate this company is going they are going to run off all of their good employees.

Pros

Teamwork in most stores, most stores have a good manager, make friends easily, has a family environment

Cons

Low pay for most starting even with automotive experience, raises are less than a dollar unless promoted, will be passed over for promotions even if you work hard as heck for the entire time you are there. Bosses expect more of you than they do, and dont expect your bosses to listen to any suggestions you have.
