      Consistent paycheck, but little else

      Cons

      Have worked for company for 5 years and changes in the past year have ruined the company. We as managers were once told to "run it like you own it." Now it is put a check in the box and this is when you will work, without flexibility. Now working 55 hours per week, they violate their own handbook and discriminate against those who are faithful to any religion. Was a good place to work, is no longer. Advancement inside of the company is a joke, You are made promises and carrots are waived on sticks until you bite then they are jerked away.

      The List of Improprieties Is A Mile Long , District Manager Is An Expert Fabricator

      I had the best manager ever . Really enjoyed most of my coworkers. (keyword is most )

      Cons

      The list is a mile long . Senior management are the biggest bunch of fabricators ive ever met in my life. The level of impropriety is at its highest . Lining the pockets of the DM's is how the business works. No matter how many goals you meet or exceed it is never enough and they will stop at nothing to make sure they get what they want. They will bully and badger a team member out of their jobs so their nasty little secrets wont be told . This company is pitiful and an embarrassment to the automotive industry .

      It's a Job. Great Customers. Nice employees.

      Cons

      Paid for 40 hours a week, expected to work 50, but they'll squeeze more if they can. No support from district managers. Constant scheduling changes that come down after the schedule is made. Upper management does not want you to have a life outside this company.
