Pros

Knowledge and experience of the current team, management willing to take responsibility for bad mistakes. Easy to communicate with personnel, a light sense of humor is promoted to keep morale positive.

Cons

Some sales pros, retails associates refuse to be flexible with their work hours prior to signing documents stating they would resulting in upsets in others schedules

Pros

The company has endless opportunities to be the best but those at the top of the company do not have no clues about running a store.

Cons

This new ignite system they put in place is not helping us to dominate the industry we are in. we need new merchandise that car lovers a looking for. we need to have our stores more inviting. Stop managing from the main office our districy leaders are over worked with all the report and meetings and stores audit they have to complet. No wonder they do not spend no time in the stores .
