      When making your numbers the payout and recognition is great. Good added benefits, a company car, phone, laptop and CRM software.

      Cons

      No real programs in place to foster growth. When desire to seek higher positions is expressed nothing is ever done about it. Extreme pressure to focus on tasks unrelated to the positions main objectives.
