      Parts discount Some decent customers Employees are easy to get along with for the most part Virtually impossible to get fired

      Cons

      Astounding idiocy from management and customers Managers don't know the first thing about cars, frequently give wrong information Some employees literally cannot tell the difference between a spark plug and a PCV valve Rampant favoritism

      Pros

      1) Great work environment 2) Work with schedule 3) Honest company to work for 4) Feel important, though it is a big corporation 5) Goals are set and sought after, but they are reasonable. 6) Commended when doing a good job 7) Given dignity 8) Relatively easy to receive time off 9) If you know your stuff and work hard, ample opportunity to move up 10) First place of employment I have ever felt excited to go to everyday, and disappointed on days I'm not working.

      Cons

      The biggest challenge I find has nothing to do with the company, but yet with the industry. In the selling of automotive parts, customers expect the company representatives to have a certain level of knowledge. It is very challenging learning all that I feel I need to know in order to fulfill my job the way I want to. But then again, I am a perfectionist with my work.

      OK place to work, but lately concerned more about impressing Wall Street than employees

      As a team, our store members encourage each other, and help each other have an enjoyable experience while at work

      Cons

      Listen to President of company at national meeting talk about all the upcoming opportunities because of company growth, and promoting from within. Then when a position comes open, giving it to an outside candidate with no experience in industry.
