Pros

Great team members, learning a lot about automotive parts, and a 20 percent discount.

Cons

Hard to move up in the company with limited positions available. Working schedule for Retail parts pro sucks you have to close every day you work. The pay for what they want you to do in this position is not worth it.

Pros

Working in a retail environment, Dealing with customers. Good benefits such as Medical, Vision, and Dental. There is a 401K plan and stock options.

Cons

I have worked in a lot of different places throughout my life, and Advance auto is far from being the worst of them by a long shot.

Pros

I work with a good group of team mates.

Cons

The pay is low. Hard to make a living at $9.50 per hour as a Mobile Pro. I think that pay should be at least $12.50 per. We have to be out in all kinds of weather and traffic.
