Pros

Not many pros. I enjoyed working with my team and my group of peers. The benefits kicked in very quickly- the first Monday of the month after I was hired.

Cons

The DM was terrible- always unreachable. Threatened GM's jobs on conference calls and during store meetings. Very morale killing. The systems are old school. There is way too much paperwork. The support center must be outsourced to India, because no one who answers the phone speaks English very well. The training is a joke. A 50 hour work week is mandated, but you are lucky if you work anything under 60. If you can get a job somewhere else- take it because you will regret taking this one!!

50 cent raise over three years, terrible manager, working every weekend

I have a job I like I own my box Its a easy place to get along with everyone including my DM They make it a fun place to work

Cons

The GM in most store's dont know how to run a store. They just know how to tallk They roll things out to fast. IE CDL. What happened to WAVE???
